Our experience in steel forming and remote site work led us to the development of our machinery for the VersaSpanTM structural cladding. Our collaboration with universities and manufacturing experts worldwide allowed us to develop the longest spanning cladding system in the world, all built into mobile plant that can be moved easily with the intermodular freight transport system.

Our Single Pass components have incorporated design to allow machinery development that can be used to both plough and plant with a single attachment to your tractor. This has led to the development of the largest ploughs in use in the world, while saving on the need to purchase secondary equipment for the no-till planting system.
Designed to jump up to 400mm in tough ploughing conditions, and turn soil to a depth of 300mm, our components and designs have the ability to be adjusted to no-till planting conditions, and accurately plant any crop.
PROJECT 1
Our customer required a roof only structure to be constructed over an operational feedlot. Our engineering team was able to tailor a cost-effective solution to suit the existing infrastructure while maintaining a design which allowed the construction to occur with minimal disruption to the feedlot operations. The design incorporated storm water management to minimize effluent runoff in the feedlot, and decrease the square meter requirements for cattle being held in the feedlot. We also constructed a large commodities shed for feed storage.

PROJECT 2
Our customer approached us to develop a covered feedlot construction system that would work with their robotic feeding systems. Utilizing the cost savings of designing with our VersaSpanTM structural cladding system, our solution was able to reduce the cost of building feedlot area per animal to below the cost of uncovered feedlots. All aspects of feedlot utility were incorporated into the building design, thereby saving on doubling of infrastructure required in conventional covered feedlot buildings.

PROJECT 3
We were approached by the customer to construct a large workshop in remote North West Queensland. We engineered the building with our curved Versaspan sheeting to allow for a free span of 25m. A secondary roof only building to cover feed production.
